finishing my 3rd week fully raw diet. And the struggle is getting easier, the desire for cooked food is subsiding, and the stool is looking like a new born's. TMI I know🤦🏾, exercise has picked up (running everyday). Haven't lost any significant weight. I honestly feel my organs doing their job sometimes which is weird. On to week 4🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉, oh yeah, once I added more fats like nuts seeds and avocados, and a little overnight oats, I stopped starving🙏🏾 THANK GOD‼️‼️‼️
