In my 2nd week of a raw food diet. And it is not for the weak or ignorant. You better know what you're doing and have the mental strength to do it. Getting up in the mañana is hard rn, and when I do get up, my head is swimming. It took me a while to figure it out too, but a handful of pistachios and a whole avacado knocks that right out, but it returns after 2-3 days. I literally eat really good quantities of food throughout the day so I'm not malnourished so I assume it's a detox, but even tho I was already a vegetarian for 3 years and a Vegan for 6 months. This Raw food vegan is a whole nother level of adjustment, at least in the beginning, I hope things turn around so I can tell you it's the best decision I made this year, but not yet, I'm in that self loathing stage. Anyway, I'll begin working out normally after my first 30 days raw, but right now I just feel like I need all my strength to get through the day. I walk or jog here and there, but that's it... I'm losing all my gains, but those can be rebuilt. I'm giving this raw diet until January, then I'm coming back to my cooked vegan food😂😂😂
