Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation A booking is only considered confirmed when: A written agreement is signed by both parties, and a full deposit of the honorarium has been received by Solo Faith Church Inc. prior to the date of travel. Fees and Payment Terms Earnest Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% (of the total honorarium) is required to secure the booking time requested. Honorarium Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before Bishop D.D. Lattimore has to travel. Additional Expenses: All travel, accommodations, and other related expenses will be handled by the host before Bishop’s arrival. Cancellations Cancellations by the Client: Cancellations more than 60 days before the event: The client may cancel without additional penalty, but the non-refundable earnest deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations 30-59 days before the event: The client will be liable for 50% of the total honorarium if the total amount has been paid in full. Cancellations Less than 30 days before the event: The client will be liable for 75% of the total honorarium if the total amount has been paid in full. Cancellations by the Speaker: In the unlikely event that Bishop Lattimore must cancel the event the honorarium will be refunded in full (including the earnest deposit). Before Refunding: Alternative efforts to reschedule for a future appointment must be made at a mutually agreed-upon date. Rescheduling Rescheduling By the Client: 60 days before the event: The client may reschedule without any penalty, but will be subject to Bishop Lattimore's availability. Rescheduling 30-59 days before the event: The client may reschedule without any penalty, but will be subject to Bishop Lattimore's availability. Rescheduling Less than 30 days before the event: The client may reschedule the appointment, but will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% apart from the total honorarium. By the Speaker If Bishop Lattimore needs to reschedule, efforts will be made to accommodate a new date agreeable to both parties. No additional fees will be charged to the client. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, pandemic, or governmental action. In such cases, both parties will work together to reschedule the event at a mutually agreeable time. Speaker’s Requirements The client agrees to provide all necessary equipment and materials
