SABBATH DAY (SATURDAY)

The Bible says, "Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy."

(Exodus 20:8)

Many churches like to say that the Sabbath Day was under the law, and it's not to be observed. But this is simply not true!

Apostle Paul said this:

"One person thinks that some days should be set aside as holy and another thinks that each day is pretty much like any other. There are good reasons either way. So, each person is free to follow the convictions of conscience."

(Romans 14:5-6 MSG)

If Paul said the Sabbath Day was under the law...?

Why is he saying it's ok to keep the holy days (to the Romans)?

Truth is, many different people have many different convictions of conscience, and Solo Faith Church has a mandate to be an open door for all the Kingdom convictions a worshipper has, and not just our cultural ones.

SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP

The Temple of God was open EVERY DAY for worship.

Christ rose on the first day of the week.

He appeared to Thomas on the first day of the week (8 days later).

He sent His Spirit on the first day of the week (during Pentecost).

And Paul preached to the gentiles on the first day of the week.

So Yeah! Let's duplicate that!
