This is Alexander Arguelles, and he almost scammed me. Not really, actually, his shadowing technique is legit. This is the one thing in language learning that I could depend on to pull me through the hard times of language learning. Just repeat what you just heard (shadowing) is so effective. The reason why it's a scam is because the context is only limited to books. But now you can shadow everything, netflix, youtube, podcasts, hulu, lingopie, and much more.
